We also accept many forms of traditional and non-traditional insurance. Please check with your insurer or dental plan administrator to determine if out-of-network dental visits are covered. If we will be working with your insurance carrier, your estimated patient portion will be due on your scheduled appointment date. We offer pre-authorized scheduled payments on your credit card, please contact our office for details. We offer 3, 6 and 12 month interest-free payment programs through Wells Fargo and CareCredit. . Payments outside of those time limits will incur additional finance charges. A senior-citizen discount is available for those without dental insurance who are age 65 and older.
