Because your time is valuable, if you would like to fill out your medical and dental health histories prior to your appointment, you can click on the link to the right. However, if you would rather have assistance in completing these forms, please arrive at our office 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and a friendly, professional team member will assist you. Precision Dental Care is a paperless office, so there are no printable forms available. If we will be working with insurance, please provide us with this information when you call to schedule your appointment. On the day of your appointment, bring in your insurance card and any x-rays from a previous dental provider. |

What to expect on your first visit: Our goal at Precision Dental Care is to provide you with the best dental experience possible. We look forward to meeting you. At your first visit we would like to get to know you better. To accomplish this, Dr. Becker-Walker will perform a comprehensive oral examination and discuss all findings. This will determine any dental health needs and future appointments to be scheduled. If there is no evidence of periodontal disease, a hygienist will clean your teeth during this initial visit. We would also like to take the time at this appointment to discuss your specific needs and answer any questions you might have. |
A red or white mouth sore that doesn't heal within two weeks could be pre-cancerous and should be examined by a dentist.
